Stila smudge stick

These stila smudge sticks are one of my favorite eyeliner so far. They are waterproof, long lasting and really creamy. They are also very pigmented.

colors are as follow: lionfish, silver dollar, stingray, koi, blue ribbon, purple tang

I've used these are the stingray in black is one of the blackes of black that I've used. The purple tang is also very pretty. In the light it has a purple tint to it and its dark enough that could go for a black. Over all I'm very impress with these. These are designed for the rims of your eyes so they have excellent staying power! They can make your lash line look so dark like your wearing false eye lashes. For day time I usually stick to the blue ribbon, lion fish. I love to wear purple tang at night or on days when Im not working because it has such a pretty purple tint to it. The only downfall is that they are 20 dollar for a stick. I think that you would get more product from the pot but these are more portables and on the go friendly.

DiorShow Extase Mascara review

I've been using this dior extase mascara for awhile and I like it. I'll let the pictures speak for itself.

What do you guys think? I've tried other dior mascara and this one is ok.. I think I like dior show or Iconic better.

The brush is ok. The formula is kinda thick over all its an ok dior mascara I probably wont repurchase it again. Since it was nothing of a wow factor for me :p

Nail of the week

This week i'm sporting opi Ds Mystery and opi I lily love you. I love this glitter. I wish I can find it in clear so I can use it with lighter color polish. I tried using this on lighter polish and it leaves a pink stain which I dont want! so I'm in search for this glitter polish but clear so if you know any please let me know =)

For a quick base makeup in the morning I use paul and joe powder foundation then dust on their face color in number 2 for a little color to my face and finish off with dior high shine lipstick.. This is by far my favorite lipstick because its soo moisturizing!

After doing making for others for a while now.. I came upon many clients who are not ok with themselves taking before and after pictures.. It makes me sad for people to not be confident with themselves enough to not be ok without makeup. I always tell my clients that makeup only enhance the beauty that you already have! Yes, makeup can give the illusion of making you prettier but please Love yourself for what your parents gave you.
It is sad...I had a client who I thought looks normal without makeup but she refused I mean threaten me, she wouldn't let me post her picture online for my portfolio.. I don't know why people feel the need to be insecure with themselves like that..

so I'm going to start a project call loving natural myself and I will post a picture of me all natural without makeup to let people know that There is NOTHING wrong with you without makeup! I encourage you to do the same to your blogs to show people that there is NOTHING wrong with not wearing makeup. I sometime feel that because people read beauty blogs soo often they think that we all have to wear some type of makeup or we are all are only confident when we put makeup on.

So I urge those of you who read my blog to do the same to yours..If your scared to do just try to conquer your fear and do it.. I'm sure you will be very surprise with the outcome and it may not be as bad as you thought.
So here is my all naturalle self that I am very proud of every freckles, scars, and sun spot! Im also sure that I have posted my before pictures before and I'm totally ok with it!

Hey guys I've always been nervous about sharing my work with my blog.. I dont know why I mean I have a facebook page and I post it up on facebook so I dont know why I dont post it up on my blog as I often should.. Well my girl friend came over the other day and we were bored so I decided to put makeup on her and give her a photo shoot. hana straightener review

I was recently contacted by Misikko webiste to do a review for their Hana straightener and I was super excited because I have only been using the chi hair straightener for years. When the company said that they will sent me a pink one I was even more happy because the chi one I have is black and its soo beat up and worn out looking now. On to the product you saw how the packaging came to me it was super nice!

At a glance the straightener is a pretty pink. It has temperature adjustments that is awesome! and the packaging is super nice! it came with a leather pouch which is divided into two section one for the cord the other for the straightener. The temperature goes up to 450 degree. It even comes with a heat proof pouch and rubber mate. The cord rotates at 360 so no more getting tangle within the cord while your trying to do your hair. titanium metal plates. PINK!

Thoughts on the product:
This is the first straightener that I've used in years. The thing that sold me was the temperature adjustment. Sometime when I am just wanting to straighten my hair and I dont want to use too much heat because my hair is already straight. Well this straightener let me change the head to a low setting so that I do not burn my hair. Same thing as for curling some time I just want loose curl and this iron lets me do that because I can adjust it to low heat and curl away with being afraid that it might get too curly.

I tested this on myself and on my little cousin who I did a hair tutorial on. I was impress with it not burning my hair. I set it to the max heat setting and started curling away. Even when I had to recurl section I did not smell burnt hair or anything like that. and yes you can burn/dry out your hair with a straightener. After using it I can feel that my hair was still soft and not dried out. I was happy with that as well. The handle near the plate can be pretty hot so be careful not to touch the upper part of the straightener when using. I like that it comes with a rubber place mate so that I am not afraid to burn my sink or carpet. I used this to do a loosely curl my hair for a wedding. The curl last all night long without having to spray hair spray or anything else.

Over all I like this it is comparable to the chi, even better without the added price tag. If you are interested in the hana titanium flat iron please check it out at Misikko

The price of the retail price of this flat iron is over 200 but if you check out misikko it is only 120 which is about the same price of the chi iron. They also have the chi flat iron there if you guys are more interested in that. over all I was very please with the customer service and how nice misikko was. Over all this is just a preview of the product. I will be surely to do more hair tutorials and such using the hana flat iron.

Hey guys I've been mia for awhile because I've been studying to get more certification. Well I took the test and I pass so now I'm just doing the whole job hunting process. This will be a short post to let you guys know what's up and coming. I just found the prefect yellow nail polsh and its sally hansen call mellow yellow. This is the first time I've tried sally hansen and Im not sure if all their polish is the same but its thick and the brush is big. I've always used opi so I'm use to their product I guess. But this took me a while to paint on. Now I will have to find what design to put on it im thinking of black stars.

On another note I wad recently contact by misikko and they want me to review their hana straightener. I'm really excited to try it out. The only other straighter i've used is the chi and drug store ones. This is the pretty packaging that they sent me and a hand written note which is super nice.very good customer service.

Its too nice to be taken apart dont you think so?

I recently found some be beauty diary mask and can't wait to try it out with my bf today.I got the cherry blossom one which is for whitten.we both have some acne scared so its a good time to try these out. Its friday and we are going to stay in and pamper ourselves.what are your plans for this weekend?

My stamp nails has been coming out better. I still cant get the nail polished to go on vibrantly like those that i've seen. Maybe I should just by the nail polish for stamping?? That would just solve the problem but I'm just being stubborn =p

puffy eyes begone!

So I woke up this morning and my eyes were super puffy! I mean I had like triple lids or something on one eye. =p but luckily I've been using mac fast eye respond eye cream. It saved me from going out with uneven eyes =p. If you have bad allergies or you just stay up late a lot this is a must have product.

The product claims: The super-charged, caffeinated cream with instant effects. De-puffs, erases the look of dark circles, firms, soothes and softens skin around the eye. Special optics act like magic to fade away lines.

This is my eye after a couple of hours of putting on the product. It helps and my triple lid eye became normal again =p. My thoughts on this product. It goes on like a silicone base gel. You can use it before you go to sleep to help with the lines or you can use it before makeup to help makeup goes on smoother. It does really de- puffs like it claims. As for dark circle Im not too sure about that because mine are not bad to begin with. This can be used by guys or girls since it goes on clear. The key to skin care is prevent, don't wait til its too late when you already have the wrinkles or deep dark bags then you try to treat it, sometime that is too late. As for pricing this is a decently priced eye cream. A little goes a long way and this will definitely last you a long time for 30 dollars.

So I worked for mac this passed weekend and this is what I created with the wonder woman eye palette. The purple and pink ones cant remember the name. It was pretty im not use to colors but I loved this palette. This is at tell end of my shift and I went out to dinner afterwards too so the light pink rubbed off. or doesnt look as pigmented.

I need help! Nail stamp art not coming out right!

So I recently bought those nail stamp art plates and im having a hard time using a nail polish that shows I use a pale under this one but the darker nail polish is not showing up its horrible. I use opi for mainly everything but it is not showing up like those nail guru its so define and nice looking. So guys if you are good at this please let me know! Any tips is super WELCOME!!!

The body shop mattifying moisturizer review

This has got to be one cold winter. I have combination with oily tzone and normal everywhere else. This winter I am using The body shop Mattifying day cream. It is a very light gel, fast absorbing and leaves the skin very moisturized. It also smells great!

The product claims
Best if you want to: Control shine and achieve a matte complexion with a light, oil-free cream that moisturizes your skin throughout the day.

How it works:
* Community Trade bladderwack seaweed balances skin tone and clarifies the complexion.
* Oil-balancing, time-release technology controls existing sebum.
* Antioxidant Vitamin E moisturizes, nourishes and helps to protect skin against premature aging and environmental aggressors.

My thoughts on it:
It does what it claims. I do not get oily as much. and it is very light more like a gel moisturizer instead of cream It is also very cheap. I bought the traveling size which is .5 oz for 3.5 super cheap. even their full size is 16 for 1.7oz but if you want to test it out I recommend buying the .5 oz. They also have two other trail size moisturizer if you have other skin type. It also has a very strong nice smelling sent to it. I usually light my things to barely have any sent at all but then that is just me.

This is great for vday nails. I got the hearts and dots at wal mart for like a dollar. I don't like spending too much on stuff that I will use once a year. The under tone is a light pink. Just pick any color that isn't the same as the hearts. I think is you want to be edgy the do a white under tone.

Cheap body creme nivea

With harsh winter weather our skin gets super dry. What's saving my skin this winter from winter burn is nevia creme. This cheap product can be found at almost any drug store for really cheap. It is best to stick to a thick creme to maximize the moisture.

recent wedding look

So I went to my bf's friend wedding a couple of weeks ago. Here is the look I did. I never did a smokey look this dark so I was surprise with myself for sporting this look! What I am learning how to improve on for my business is doing hair. I practiced on my own hair and came out with this. I think it was nice for a first time attempt. What do you guys think?

What do you guys think? its a messy bun but still soft and romantic.. I was scared that it would not hold up the night because it was super windy and everything was held together with bobby pins only. I was surprise that the hair held up and stayed pretty nice. .Those pictures were taken when I got home from the wedding. I am wearing my tube maxi dress so I am not naked! =p

favorite red lip stick of the moment

This is the mac viva glam cindy. It is current ly my fav red wearable lip stick at the moment. It is very sheer red that brightens up the complexion of your face in this winter season. This is a red that can be worn in the office or work without being to bold but still give you color. Over all I know im late about this product but im loving it. Get it before its gone ladies. Excuse my oily face I'm about to take my make up off. :)

Metallic moment

So this is my nail color for the moment its China glaze cheers to you. I got the set that comes with silver and gold and I'm currently sporting the silver at the moment. =)

It is a true metallic! I LOVE these they are not like anything I own.. It's sooo bold! great for the winter because we always wear dark colors or at least I do. So this is great to add a little sparkle in my life. =p

The color is very opaque so if your good then one coat would do but if u missed some places like me haha then of course you can always go back with one more to cover up your mistakes with a second coat. So far its staying on pretty well no chips yet. I've had it on since Wednesday and I'm pretty rough with my hands so i'm suprise it still stayed on this long =) If you have thin nails then this brand is great for you because it has hardeners in it.

my attempt at a kim kardashian look

Sorry I have been soo busy with the end of semester that I have not had time to upload any new blog post. But I promise that I will. So lately I have been revising my old palette and makeup since I'm on a budget! and the fact that I graduated and need to find a job! the market is soo tough right now! its sad... but I hope that it will be better =) in the mean time I have been playing with makeup and be a little bit more daring then usual. I signature look is wing liner and red lipstick the one that I wore for my mac interview. Now I am wearing a little more to embrace myself for when I have to work there. =p So here is the palette that I've been using to do all these different looks in. It is smashbox palette from last year but they came out with another one this year. I will do a full review on it soon. =)

Here is my attempt at the kim kardashian look. =) It is a tone down version not a very dramatic one. I did not want to do the typical black smokey eye. I went with more natural colors. and the key is to BLEND so that it does not look too harsh.

30 day challenge day 6? sephora haul

so I was super busy this week and that explain my lack of post. I just wanted to show you guys the deal that I got at sephora. It was the anastasia highlighting brow kit. I ordered two but one came missing the highlighting part and I was surprise and wanted to order another one and go return the messed up one. But It was out of stock when I came back to it! I was super sad. I went to the store to return it anyways BUT luckly they had it in stock at the store for the discounted price which I was super happy! so here it is at 20 dollar for 20% off so it was like 16 before tax which is like 50% off because the original price was 32?

I have not used it yet so I do not know how well it worked yet will do a review later =)

on to a happy note I got hire at MAC! I freelance for them now.. with that said I wanted to say that this is a personal blog about my own views on products. My second interview was just a makeup interview. I was asked to do a natural look with a bold lip which I am actually good at... =p well atleast thats what I wear myself. So after I did the makeup I waited a couple of days and then I got the called =) so I cant wait to start working and make some money =p.

The brow kit came with three brow color blond medium and dark. The highlighting part is pink, nude, and peach. It is very shimmery. I have not really swatched it yet so its hard for me to tell what the brow color looks likes.

The kit however is small a little bigger than a credit card so do not expect anything big. It has a cute mirror and comes with a small portable brow gel. over all it was a good buy =)

smashbox limitless eye liner review day 5

so I know I missed friday but hey give me some credit 4 out of 5 days is pretty good for starting to blog again! I wanted to thank all my bogger friends who left comments on my blog its really encouraging to know that people still read my blog and care enough to comment!

so today I want to talk about smashbox limitless eye liner..I know that smashbox does not get as much credit as the other makeup brands out there but I think that it should. Smashbox has some amazing products and I think that people should really check out their stuff.. I got this set of eyeliner at smashbox for 15 which is a steal for 4 eyeliner. They are about half size if not a little more than half size compare to the full size. It is really stay put and doesnt smudges as for those. It is comparable to makeup forever eyeliner. I'm sitting here trying to rub the eyeliner to see if it will smudge but its not. so thats a good sign I did try this on my eye but it did rub off but still signs of it there by the end of the day so it was not completely off. Nothing works for me unless its a mac fluid line or the liquid last. I used it on my lower and up lash line the lower one stayed all day.

The liner is very creamy which I like and it sets very fast so you do not have to worry about it smudging when you blink. over all I like this liner and nothing makes better stuffing for xmas then this =)

The colors are very pretty. We have the pearly colors which works great for the water line, the purple one is pretty and the other two darker colors are one is a gun metal which is great for winter because its not totally black with a hint of reflector/shine to it and the other is your every day staple liner black.

The weather in Houston Texas is gloomy and being around children all day long I'm picking up their germs and is now sick for the past couple of days. Hopefully my interview with mac tomorrow goes well and it will be my last =) wish me luck guys =)

I WAS BUMMED BUT I DID HOW EVER FIND THE LAURA MERCIER TINTED MOUISTERIZE THAT WAS SALE ON LINE A WHILE BACK THE ONE THAT WAS 1 OZ ON SALE FOR 20 SO I SNATCHEDTWO SO IT WAS LIKE 31 FOR 2 OZ WHICH IS A LOT CHEAPER THAN 1.5OZ OF LIKE 42 SO I HAVE TRIED THE OIL FREE ONE IS THERE THAT MUCH OF A DIFFERENCE FROM THIS ONE SINCE IT WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT WAS ON SALE ... in search for a day time moisturizer.. anyone want to recommend one? day 3

so I am in search of a day time moisturizer for the winter. I have normal/combination skin (oily at the tzone) but I'm not so sure any more it feels like I have normal skin now.. maybe on the dry side if I do not put on any moisturizer. I've used the philosophy one and I liked it but I want to search for something else. Does anyone have one that they would want to recommend me? so far I have used the following

clinque - the yellow one and the moisturizer surge (which I use in my kit)
philosophy
sheishido the white one spf 15
shu eumera - deep sea moisturizer (they discontinued it )

There could be more I'm sure but I cant remember at the moment. =p

So I'm seeking help from my beauty blogger if they have any brand or anything that they would want to recommend me I need to know fast because the sephora vib sale is coming up and I will buy then! so help me out =)

So I guess you'll be seeing a lot of nail post. =) The color that I am wearing right now is OPI light my sapphire. it is such a pretty color. At first I thought it was a dark black color but when I actually paint it on my nail it was metallicy dark blue/purplish color. VERY pretty and very different. I think that I am over painting my nail black at the moment I think that there are other colors that imitate black but when the light hit it or something it shows a different color such a surprise.

see what I mean I took the picture one with flash and the other without ( sorry for the camera picture quality) and you can see what I mean by it being pretty! So I recommend this color for the fall! =)

taking the 30 day challenge day 1

so I'm taking the 30 day challenge and to will be officially my first day and I want to start you guys off with my makeup for mac interview.
So I the holiday is coming and I want and NEED a holiday job to buy presents. =p Well this is how the interview went I did a little research to see how the interview went and so I was semi prepared for what was going to be throwen at me. I came to the interview with a model and the manager gave me a facechart and told me to recreate the look. I did not have to use the same colors but I had to emulate the same effect of the picture. I did ok.. it was tough cause I knew the model and I knew what she liked and so i disreguard the facechart a little. Which is BAD! word of advice follow it even if it is hedious makeup! They say you can always take it off after your done but they want to see your skills. I was happy to learn that I got a second interview. I'm just waiting for a scheduled date. I have at least one more interview to go and if they really like me then I do not have to do the last interview. The position is for a freelance which means the counter and store has extra hours for hire and they can call anyone to cover those shifts. The perks of being freelance is that I get to accept or decline jobs when they ask me. The bad side is that I do not get the benfits of the perminate employees. such as the discount, or the classes, or the gratis. Im not too worry about those things so I think that the freelance job will suit me just fine =) wish me luck guys and this is what my makeup looked like for the interview I was very MACest since I do not wear this much makeup on a normal base. =) hope you guys enjoy my blog post cause there is 29 more to go =p

So I really want to start blogging on a regular bases but it is sooo hard to start... I LOVE reading other blogs and I go on blogger everyday to see if anyone else have updated but as for my own blog I've neglected it to no end.. So the question is how do I motivate myself to start blogging again and where should I start?? PLEASE motivate me! any kind words are appreciated haha for a startI think that I will tell you guys about my experience this pass year about how I started pursuing makeup as a side job.. and in between blog I will talk about certain makeup that I think is great and some not so great..

So I started coming out and doing makeup about a year a go.. I think the most important thing is confidence.. When I first started doing makeup on other people I would get soo nervous that my hands would shake while doing making ... I had to control myself and tell myself that it was going to be ok and keep shaking out it so that I wouldnt shake on the client/model's face.. it was bad.. but soon I got comfortable with the idea of doing makeup on others that I loosen up and started to venture out.. I think the most important thing is work from the bottom and work your way up..

thats it for now.. I will leave you guys with a DO NOT GET the NUDE FACE OIL CLEANSER ( I know the bottle says mask but I couldnt find the oil cleanser one) haha

It smells sooooooooooo bad! I had a deluxed sample of it. I figure since i was going away I'll bring it and boy was I in for a surprise.. When I put it on my face I thought that it was old and that the plastic was in the product or something.. but after reading reviews I realized that this is the smell.. did people not take this into consideration? I did see it at whole foods so I figure its organic?? no idea but it was bad I threw it away when I got home.. thank god I only used it for one time.. although I did open it again at home hoping it was me. but it still smell bad..

ok so enough about how bad it smell the other thing is that it does not work good.. it barely took off any of my eye makeup.. I've been using shu and I didnt want to pack a big bottle for a night in case it spill but yea the nude face oil cleanser didnt do much .. I still had mascara smudge... over all this product is a skip not keep..

I'm also thinking of doing the 30 day blog challenge what do you guys think??

day/night moisturizer review

So for the past year or so I've been using the shisedio night moisture recharge.Its a REALLY LIGHT moisturizer and I use it at night hince the name =p. It does do the job in the summer months when I did not want to use a thick cream formula but during the winter months it left me with dry patches and I had to put Egyptian magic over it. My skin type is combination with oily in the tzone and normal in the other areas. Over all I thought this moisturizer did a decent job and that it was not too over baring good for a summer/ night moisturizer.

So I had no intention of going out to buy this although I did want to try it out. I think I got this when sephora was doing that buy X get a free full size hope in a jar? something like that well I ended up getting one and I did not get to try it until months later... When I opened the jar it was kind of separated so I freaked out and open my other bottle since I got two and the other one was fine. So I decided to get my makeup spatula and whip it up haha and it worked and It hasnt separated since then.

I use this as a day time moisturizer. Its moisturizing but I think it makes me kind of oily... I think when I used shu's deep sea one it made my skin less oily.. but none the less it does a decent job and keeps my skin moisturized the whole day. I've used it in the winter and it does a farely well job but in the summer I would opt for something less oily since when it separated I did see a far amount of oil in the product which threw me off at first and I still think about it sometime now when I put the moisturizer in my face hahah I know its weird I still get flashback of how it looked when it was separated and it makes me think if I want to put it on my face haha .

Over all these moisturizer are really decent and If I ever wanted a light moisturizer I would def go back and repurchase the shisedio one but for now I'm using the B12 that I just got as a night moisturizer.. and for a day moisturizer I'm still looking and debating which one to use next in my collection! I know I have stash of stuff that still need to be used =( boo!

I'm proud to say that I have not been splurging on buying stuff and not using all of it.. thats why I wanted to take pictures of my used up products so you guys can see that I've been farely good at using all my stuff!

So tell me guys what moisturizer work and not work for you?

stila road to radiance and it girl palette review/swatch

So I recently got the stila palette in road trip and their it girl I have one word to say LOVE! I've always loved stila products and these did not fail me and at 10 dollar for one! what a steal! I kept saying to myself that I have a lot of stuff already and that I shouldnt spend more money on makeup and just use the stuff I have and I couldnt resist ordering when the road palette came out.. I was holding on the longest time not to order the it girl palette but .. haha since I was ordering might as well right. .I know super bad!

This is the road to radiance palette comes with four es and one convertible color.. If you havnt tried the convertible colors I advise you to get one now! or try this one and test them out! I swear by them! they are soo pretty! and very natural/build able and last ALL day! even in the houston weather! I've used these on brides and they defenately stayed.. All the es in this palette is towards the purple side with one pink.. and all the colors work really well together. They are on the cool tone side most with silver specks.. The convertible colors went nicely with it making this a complete set to have! TRUST ME get IT!

Another palette that I've been eyeing is the it girl palette! I've been wanting to get it for the longest time and I finally did! the colors are pretty neutral and very wearable. the gold is just the right not too over bearing, the bronze color is just as it its good for day time look and you can always layer black on top of it to darken the color. The last one is Kitten which everyone know is a pretty color!

I was really excited to get these items this week and had to share them with you guys..

eos lip balm review

So after searching for these little sucker for a while I finally nailed them down and needless to say I went over board. HAHAHA

I bought the summer pack at walgreens for 10 for 3 and I bought two different pack. The only difference is one flavor in each pack and that is either the lemon if your buying the summer pack or the mint if your buying the regular pack. I have used the melon one and here is my thoughts on it.

I was pretty disappointed with the hipped of this product! I thought it would work better but it just work like any other chap stick to me nothing special and its not even on the good side. I've been using nevia and rosebud salve, eucerin and other lip conditioner and this one does nothing special for me so I'm pretty sad. I'll just stick to my neiva or eucerin.

anything other great cheap find that I should try??

Hi guys! today I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite powder that I use to contour! I've used mac and other brands to contour but this is by far the best one for my skin tone or anyone that is on the medium to light side. This powder is great for contouring or used as a bronzing powder. I love this powder because its matte. There are a lot of powder that claim that they are bronzer and can be used as contouring but I do not like to contour using shimmery products. I like to contour with matte powder because I want that part to recede and not reflect any light. This product is also true to color its does not contain any added tone such as orange or red tone to it. Some contouring powder can make my skin tone orange/red which i do not like when using other product. here are some pictures let me hear what your thoughts are on this product if you've used it!

This is my before picture. I just have on foundation and concealer so my face is pretty much one tone right now..

I love using the mac fan brush to contour! It makes contouring sooooooooooo much easier and faster. All I have to do is sweep the brush into the product and tap it so that lose product falls out.. then line the brush from ur eye brow down to ur nose to contour your nose go lightly and build up the product as you desire of contouring. then for your cheek start from the pointiest part of the ear and then sweep it diagonal going towards the end of the mouth,.. if this makes sense just follow the picture haha

just hold the brush straight and start from the eyebrow and go down then round out at the end.

Then start at the temple/highest point of the ear and move it towards the tip of the mouth. start light and build up to desire

When you use blush blend the blush into the contour. What blush color you use should not affect the coloring or anything what so ever so have fun contouring away!

and ladies thats how I contour! I love this product! hope it helps you guy..I really love contour it makes my face feature more prominent and it gives the face more demention. Everyone should do it its soo easy and fast to do!

Hey guys just wanted to share with you guys a look I did this past weekend.. I'm trying to get in the hang of blogging again hope you guys enjoy! its soo hot in houston! good thing I did not melt!

What do you guys think of me lining my eyes all the way around top and bottom?? usually i just do the top and then maybe half at the bottom.. but I'm trying to be bolder with my makeup and wear some color! its soo hard to believe that I do makeup on other people but I would not wear a lot of colors on myself!

On another note I'm love the pale pink lips with the middle being a darker shade if that makes sense.. its soo cute! and makes your lips look 10 times bigger and fuller! hope you guys had a nice weekend =)

Korres face primer review

WOW after a long time I finally have time to do reviews and such. Its been hectic moving and adjusting to a new place.. I'm also studying for my state exam so its been pretty busy and boring at the same time.. but in between I still manage to snap pictures of makeup and everything else =)

I was bored and so I was planning to do a tutorial or FOTD but then if I posted everything then it would be one LONG post and I wouldnt have anything to post hhaha so I'm just doing reviews so atleast every product I use I can make a post out of it and I started off with face primer.

This is my face with NO makeup. Horrible I know! I put on moisturizer already. What I am looking for in a makeup primer is smooth out my foundation by covering up all my pores. No drying or flaky and even out skin tone.

This primer claims: Rich in skin-soothing botanicals and Vitamin E, this 99 percent natural formula refines skin texture without silicone, minimizes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and reduces pore size. Your skin will be primed and ready for a makeup application.

Post application - this is my face after the application... This product does nothing for my face... sadly said. It dried out my face and I'm usually oily, it did not help my foundation because it caused my foundation to become flaky. The pore area around my nose was not great either it caused the pores to be white and upon foundation application it made it more visible.. over all it was not that great... thats my nose haha you can see that there is white flakes forming already over all I did not like this product .. I guess it wasnt made for my skin....

Did anyone have better luck using it than me??

cheek and blush TIP: one of the tip i gave my bf's sis is that to contour her cheeks because she said that she has really round cheeks so i show her to contour and only use blush on the outside and not on the apples of her cheek. This will create a slimmer affect to her face because the eyes are drawn to her blush on the side of her face not the middle. I if you have a long face then concentrate on the apples of the cheek to create the illusion of a rounder face.

Fuller lip TIP: I've work with a lot of girls who has really flat upper lip. It might look full but its not.. if you guys know what I'm talking about.. if you look clearly at the picture you can see that her upper lip is flat against her skin not sticking out. so to give that effect I use a little contour powder on the part where there is a line right below the nose. This will give the illusion that there is dept there. Then I use a little highlighting powder just on the upper part of the lip where the cupid's bow is to create a shine and bring that part of the lip up so in combination this will create fuller lip effect

Hi guys I havn't posted before and after pictures in a while and this is a while back during xmas or something.. My girl friends and I wanted to get together before this semester because we won't all be at the same elementary school and I wanted to give them make overs for the night.

This is my friend and she has NEVER wore makeup well not full face ( foundation and all the works) like this and this is how it went She has mono lid and it was the first time I've worked with her eye lid shape.. but I think it turned out well! And as i was doing her makeup I gave her tips on how to do her own makeup simply because I think EVERY ONE should learn a little something about makeup when they are older so they can do the simple stuff themselves when they need to.

so today I decided to take pictures of my FOTD why? because the weather was nice and I was feeling less lazy about blogging. So I was watching shining inheritance and in that one scene the girl was wearing pretty cute baby pink blush and so i wanted to get it. I didn't know how often i'll use it so i did not want to go out and buy an expensive one so I opt for drug store but it was depressing I couldnt find any shade that I like/looking for but I did find a cute makeup bag! haha I know totally not what I was looking for.

so smacker partner up with paul frank and they made some really cute packaging to the smacker lip products now.

I probably wont use this but will probably put it in a blog contest/give away or something. I dont think they'll do any good for me.
but I love the bag! thats why I got it =p

harajuku wallet review

hey guys sorry I havn't posted in a long time but school has been kicking my butt! Just when I thought I get an easy week I found out that I have about 10 assignments due for friday! how great huh? but to celebrate my passing a test that will let me go onto next semester my bf got me the harajuku wallet that I've been wanting at sephora. It went on sale for 50% off so it was 14 before tax! its soo cute! I switched out my wallet right when I got home and wanted to show you guys. so TADA!

This wallet is really cute and has many compartment. when I cleaned out my old wallet I realized I had sooo many cards. I dont know how I ended up with soo many. But this wallet is really spacious and its leather outside or atleast it feels like leather and the inside is fabric. under the credit card slot there is another hidden compartment. It has a zipper compartment so your money/coin doesnt fall out. I just love it! Its on sale at sephora right now but good luck finding it in store ( I had to go to three different store in my area) so I do suggest getting it online before its sold out =)

how to make lipstick/cream blush pallet

Hi guys sorry I haven't posted in a long time. Well lately I've been swamped with work and school, mostly school but I thought of a really neat idea for myself and would like to share with you guys. Lately I've been loading my makeup bag with different color lipsticks and after a while my bag is so heavy that I decided tomake my own pallet. I mean I do it for my makeup kit why not for myself. well its really easy guys basically I just used the stuff that i have around the house.

things you will need:
lipstick/cream blush of your desire
spatula/knife
e/s pan
candle/candle warmer
lighter
magentic strip
super glue

so this picture is really self explanatory. I first cut up a little piece of lipstick into the pan using a spatula or knice. A regular eyeshadow pan like this can hold about a 1/3 of a lipstick it does not take a lot of lipstick so don't cut too much or else it will spill out of the pan after the lipstick melted.

I then put the lipsticks on top of the glass. I wouldn't put a metal sheet on top of the candle because it would be really hot to hold afterward. After all the lipstick has melted take the glass off the candle so it can be cooled down. If there is bubble in the pan pop it with your knife or spatula.

Leave the pan there to cool it should cool pretty fast if you take it off the glass but if you leave it there then you'll have to wait for the glass to cool down too. After that I used a magnetic strip and cut it up and super glue it to the end of the pan.

I made labels to put under the pan so that if I ran out I can always use the rest of my lipstick to refill it.

After wards I put it in the pan like. So now I can carry up to four lipstick at a time without havn't it weight down my makeup bag.

Girls you can do this with creme blush too. and together you can put two color eyeshadow a lipstick and a creme blush there you go your own makeup palette! This will help you condense your makeup bag a lot.

smashbox and mac haul (^__^) tips for using cream blush

Hey guys so I'm going to rant at the beginning =) so Im starting the student teaching semester at my school and Im dying! Im in the elementary school all day for class! two days taking class and two days in the elementary class with the kids. Then on friday Im back at my college for more classes. So we have soo many assignments for each class that Im practically doing homework every night! Blogging is an exciting part to my days now since its a break from homework.. =) ok rant over onto the makeup now..=)

So I've told you guys that I've been obsessing with smashbox lately and I was happy to find that they had their holiday sets on sale and so I had to grab them. Since I've started doing makeup I've been looking for a lot of muti use products and since its for myself I really had to look for compact multi use products. =) You guys have seen my makeup bag its not that big and I dont want to go with bigger makeup bag.. I love this runway glam beauty kit! I get es and gell liner all in one. I can go from day to night with this palette. I love their cheek product too! Its soo pretty and natural looking

Have you guys tried smashbox brushes?? I love their brushes I would have to say more than some of my mac. Even this travel size one its really soft and feel nice. Mac's se brushes are nothing compare to their full size one. but smashbox def can compare. The set also come in a photo finish half size and everyone know their primer is good! =) I would recommend this primer for people with large pores around their nose and cheek area. When I do makeup if the client has large pores I would use this if they have regular pores I would use MUFE HD primer. As for the lipgloss its not sticky like mac its actually last a long time and a lot better than mac lip gloss.

Over all this set was only in the low 30s which is a seal for all these products! You guys should check out smashbox curtain call section you'll find really nice items on sale.. =)

ok to my mac haul. I just couldnt help it I've been obsess with cream blush lately so I had to pick these up. The colors look intimidating in the pan but Its not so once blended . mac's lily collection

so this is how they are blended. I love how its really sheer and buildable at the same time. I was nervous about the orange but its a really nice color once blended. For some reason I used to LOVE orange blush my fav use to be mac style I even used a whole pan but now I shy away from orange. I dont know why but I'm starting to embrace it again =)

so problems with cream product most people shy away from cream product because they dont know how to set it or dont set it at all and it leaves a sticky residue left

~~~ so to use it use it before you set your foundation. cream on powder can create a blochy effect. so its best if you use the blush before you set your foundation.

~~~ to set your blush you can use another blush that is about the same color. This will create a multi color blush and keeps the blush lasting all day. This is good for those of you that have problems with blush fading away at the end of the day.

~~~ you can also set with a translucent powder such as the MUFE HD powder. This will keep the orginal color of the blush and set it.

So this is all the product I need to create a full face in the car. I really like the cargo blush tint because I can contour and highlight if i need to with all those colors and sine its matte I dont have to worry about the shimmer getting all over each other. I switch out the lippies a lot depending on what im feeling that day..

Tips to when packing your makeup -
dont use product that is messy. I opt for a shade stick rather than paint pot because it will save me from getting my fingers dirty or having to carry an extra brush.
save those samples - I use to give all the little samples I get away because I figure I either have the full size product or I wont use those samples but now I love having them in my purse. Its a good chance for you to try new product and since its in your makeup bag you can try it and test it out all day long =)
pack wisely - pack product that has multiple use. I really like the cargo blush because Im able to contour and use the other colors as blush and highlight
keep it small and light - I like to pack everything into my purse and it gets heavy sometime. So I went out and got small travel spray bottles and transfer my face mist product into it so that way I wont have to carry the full size bottle and having it weight my purse down even more.

bridal shoot this past weekend

So I've been booking a lot of bridal work recently. I love doing bridal because I want to make the bride look their prettiest and the pictures are something that they'll have for the rest of their lives and it makes me feel happy that I was able to do that for them. The things I dont like about bridal is the brides! HAHA ok rant coming on

So Sat as I was about to leave the house for a consultation appointment the bride called me and asked if I had left the house.. and she said that she wants to cancel because she found some place cheaper! I was soo in shock! this has never happen before. I quoted her like a weeks before if she wanted to do price searching she should have done it not the day of the consultation.. I woke up early and everything! I just should have tell her I cant work with her at that point but stupid me who thinks I need to keep every client cause Im starting my business said that I wont charge her the touch up fee.. This was my first mistake! If you are willing to reduce your rate! they will try to complain so you can go down some more ... so I spent three hours with her for hair and makeup and have her only to book me for makeup and I have to come back in the day for a FREE change of makeup! no makeup artist does a free change of makeup and they have to come to where the bride was having the reception!... I feel soo stupid after taking the job! I wish I didnt! I dont know why I put up with her.. I felt horrible and dreaded my bridal shoot the next day with another bride...

The next day I went to the bride's house for makeup and hair so we can go take her wedding picture. Surprisingly she was a really nice person! I was more at ease after I did her hair and getting to know her. I had such a blast with the photoshoots and the pictures turned out great! I think my work reflect how I feel so brides please be nice to the people your working with. You do no want to piss them off and have them make your stuff turn out crappy! but here are some pictures from the shoot

Hey guys its been a while since I've blogged.. I don't know if anyone really read my blog any more but I'll blog every now and then =) so how has my life been so far?? Its been busy this break for me I've been doing photo shoots to fashion show and I'm finally picking up wedding gigs so I'm happy where this whole makeup thing is going =) on the down side school is starting! well I only have two more semester so I cant really complain just hurry up and finish! well on to my review

So one of the brand that I think often get over looked is smashbox. Before doing makeup I really didnt think much of it. However now that I'm building my own makeup kit I'm starting to stock up smashbox items.. I really like their stuff.. Currently I stock their foundation, primer, eye brow powder, I love their brushes, and many other stuff that I cant remember right now.. Well one of the good thing about smashbox is that they offer free shipping so you can really order big or small and you'll still get free shipping =) they are also currently having a sale on their website so happy looking and shopping. I also recommend their eyeshadow I think they are better than mac. Smashbox's es are a lot creamer and pigmented very smooth to work with.. o yea and you get free deluxe sample on top of your free shipping. So I picked o gloss as a deluxe sample but they sent me the full size once by mistake which Im not complaining =p

What does it do? its clear and turn to a shade of pink according to you the person that wear it.. so its different for everyone.

and after I put it on it turns to a shade of pink making my lips look a lot healthier. I also love the shine. Its not sticky at all and surprising last for a very long time. It also makes my lips soft too which I cant complain. Over all I love this product. I now know how the asian stars get their healthy natural looking pink lips and I can get it to =)

I made my fall custom lip color

Hey Ladies!

So I've been obsessing with a wine lip color for the fall but I could not find a color that is suitable for me or to my liking, some were too dark some were not in the right shade/family color that I want so I decided to make my own lip color by mixing OCC lip tar. After A LOT of trail and error I finally achieve the color of my desire. Then after I found the color that I want Im like man I'm never really much of a darker lip color girl Im mostly natural/nude/pink. So Im like How am I going to wear my lip color! haha so many dilemmas haha and this is the look I came up with

I tried to go with the theme of my lip color. This is eye look is good for day or night and I think the lip depends on the person it could be worn day or night depend on how bold you are =) As for me I will be wearing this out in the day time because I hardly go out at night haha

halloween peacock look

hey guys this pass weekend I did a look for my boyfriend's sister since she went to a halloween party. She went as a peacock and she wanted something classy/edgy at the same time so this is the look I came up for her.
she was a peacock and this is what I came up with. I wanted to make a transparent mask while popping the eyes out. The quality of the picture does not do it any justice! I took it with my camera phone! I really need to invest in an dslr! The eye shadow was really pigmented with I had a decent camera to capture it! boo! this is the products that I used

Tarte cheek stains! this is good for the winter since its moisturzing and light. I really like this but unfortunately it is not something that I would be able to use for photo shoot because its light. I mean the colors show up beautifully but if you know taking pictures in photo shoot you need to heavily apply it and everything else and this is just not good to use for photo shoot but more like every day use.

So this is my product for the week the color is doll face! a really nice baby pink perfect for a winter blush. This product is only swatch used once?? at the most. I've been wanting to use it on photo shoots but I never had the chance to use it so I need to take this baby out of my kit so I hope it'll go to a good home!

so its been awhile since I've updated.. and how is my quest on being a makeup artist?? its hard work trying to juggling school and everything.. basically I go to school during the week and on weekends I try to find events/test shoot/anything that would let me test out my makeup skills. I had trouble with
-drawing brows
-foundation
-lips
but after working for a couple of months now Im geting better at it my brow job is getting a lot better! and foundation im perfecting.. learning to mix foundation takes time and lips is easy once you learn the tricks.. I would have to say that the stuff you see on youtubes unless its from a makeup artist personally those tricks are good for every day use not on set for shoots or anything.. but none the less its fun to watch when you have nothing to do..

so where has makeup taken me???

sorry guys I've been MIA for the longest time.. and guess what I crawled out of bio with a B? haha how i manage that I dont know haha but on to other news Im now pursuing a make up career and trying to be a freelance artist so Im busy with that and school.. and I want to say thanks to blogging because I would have never pursue make up and it would have always been a dream to be a make up artist! haha if you recall some of my first post was saying how I really want to become a make up artist! but now Im actually pursing it and I want to Thank J-nne for always answering my questions! haha I know I bother you all the time with questions! but I swear if it wasnt for you I wouldnt know soo much! haha my blogger buddie!

ok so I guess I'll be taking you guys on to my journey of pursing a career in make up haha so bare with me I will still review and do looks so hang on in there and I'll show you guys the trick of the trade that I learn along the way! I've been taking make up course and learned soo much cant wait to share with you guys!

ok lately I've been searching around for stuff for my kit. I've received a brush set today and its from sigma. I bought a pack of 12 brush with brush roll for 79? before shipping and shipping islike 7? so 12 brush plus brush roll for 86 so if you do the math its like 6-7 dollar an item which is not bad at all . These brushes are comparable to mac.

The brushes are soft and the hair feels just like mac's I would have to recommend this to anyone who wants to get a brush set for starter and the price is great here are some comparison of the brushes. can you tell which one is mac and which one is sigma?

so which one is it? this is to show you the hair quality of it wouldn't you say its pretty close?? can you tell which one is mac's and which one is sigma???

well the bigger one is sigma's face brush comparable to mac's 150 but I didnt have a mac 150 so i just use my mac 129 to compare

ok can you tell which one is mac's 266? ok these brush you can tell the difference in the size and color of the hair and if you touch it you can feel that the darker one is stiffer than the other which is great because it gives you more control

ok to review on these I would have to say I would go with sigma because the brush and bristle give you much more control than mac's

ok this is the mac's 224 the only comparison is that the hair is shorter on one than the other other than that it feels really soft and a like

ok this is mac's 219.. you cant really see the difference in them the hair is the same and everything

the only diff is the size of the brush I think that mac's brushes are smaller than sigma over all

look how it came with its lil bag and everything! It was soo pretty and it came with an elf es too! the brush roll is like faux leather which doesnt feel cheap at all its not like the nylon one mac has and can be wipe off easily. so if anyone is interested check out those brushes out you'll save a lot of money for the same quality!

Want to know a good, and cheap, gel liner?

So lately Im starting to expand my kit and Im venturing out to drug store stuff.. I have to say Im those label whores I have to use brand name make up and try the latest trend, raved about and everything else. Sad to say I cant afford to get all brand name products for my kit so Im in the experimenting stage of drug store product of whats good and whats not and throwing it in my kit when I find good product. So Im going to share one of my latest find with you guys =)

well here it is ladies the loreal Hip gel liner you can find these are drug store and look out for the buy one get one Free is usually the best. I've never really looked into them until Jnne mention them and when I was at walgreens there was a bogo deal going on. so I had to grab the blue and green one.. now i want the purple one in the picture and the black one for my kit! I think this is comparable to mac fluid line, its bigger in size and it comes with a brush! although I dont use it for liner but its good as a brow brush... its a really good product go out and get it ladies!

The colors are really vibrant what you see in the pot is what you actually get! and the staying power is pretty good I have to say. I like how it has sparkles in it not matte it really bring out your shadow and good for nigh time use if your going to go out! over all I think I want all the colors haha I'll wait for the new bogo and get the rest!

If you've notice my skin is really bad! I've been stressing and such with summer school I signed up for a science major bio and no where am I major in science! boo! so its way harder then reg bio and everything else Im soo struggling to pass the class I just need a C... Today I got my test back and I was sooooo sad I stayed up sooooooo late to study for it and I was shocked to see the grade for my hard work and the sad thing was I was soo upset about it that I couldnt focus for my lap practical (lab test) which Im sure screwed me up.. Next time Im not going to check my grade before taking a test because if its a let down I'll mess up my concentration for my up coming test! (two test in a one week wed then thurs) so I cried too I know Im a cry baby. I cry about everything not the loud noise kinda cry but those tears running down your cheek that you cant stop cry the silent ones.. then I was embarrass cause I was talking to my teacher telling her how hard I've study and still didnt do well and telling her the way I study and such and I just started tearing up and cried all the way to lab hahaha so I had to pull myself together and take my lab test.. I couldnt remember what I studied.. soooo I just went home super bum.. FYI I have a really bad memory.. method of studying is rewriting the notes and that takes a lot of time. =(

I was bored so I told my friend to come over so I can do her make up haha this is the day look. my friend is use to wearing black-gray gradient so wearing natural is not something she is use to. haha but this is the look I came up for her.

and then this is the way she use to do her make up but just black.. I attempted her way but added a little spice to it since she goes clubbing alot I told her to add a bold color to make it pop at the club... haha

so this is my LOTD once again I used false lashes what do you guys think?? this one is much longer and more but still wing at the end I wanted to use saint German today because ever since I bought it I had no gut to wear it out! cause its just really pink haha I tend to do more natural or whatever but I came up with this because Jnne and I was talking about what color eyes I can wear with it.

right after I did my make up today was 100 degree in my area i wanted to keep the eyes semi neutral one and bring out the lips the cheeks where also neutral I also contour! look at my nose it looks like I have a prominate noise bridge!!! haha

this is in sunlight! it kinda washed me out cause I did not set my settings right but it look very natural in sunlight so its pretty good cause I was afraid it was too bold looking

what do you guys think?? I think that my eye shadow blending skill has improved a great deal ever since I've started blogging! which is LOVE!!! haha I think that make up books helped for those who want to start getting into make up too although you have to look into it because some books are just regular tips! If any one is interested I'll post up some stuff for the make up books that I have

I was at sephora ready to check out and turn around and saw this and I figure I'll try it! haha I just wanted to try this and see how it goes because I dont want to get the full size and have it not work out for me so this is the better alternative for me although its really small but a little goes a long way =) on to the product

and this is the applicator it self. IT is really convenient because the end of the applicator is soft rubber not hard plastic so you can just put the stick straight to your eye and its soft and gentle no need to use the finger to pull and tuck your eye area

Ladies and gent meet my eyes this are my eyes after sleeping at 4/5 and waking up at 9 for some odd reason lately its getting worst??? cause I cant go to sleep even if I try to go to sleep early so my eyes have been horrible lately this picture doesnt really capture how dark my eyes are but it does capture the major puffiness. This picture was taken just right after waking up in the morning and about to get ready to go to school. I literally am getting two bags in each eye

This is literally right after I put on the product. I put it on my left and then right eye then put the applicator down and took the picture. You can seen a major difference already and thats only with in a couple of second that the stuff has been applied on my eyes. Upon application it gave a cooling affect which most eye cream tend to do to depuff I guess but it goes away quick and does not sting my eyes. I only use one click for each eye.

and this was a couple of seconds later after the above picture. I know you ladies cant tell but the first picture of my eyes my bags were literally like sagging on my face but this picture right here it has depuff and literally almost back to normal. You can see the dark circles are reducing focus towards the outside of the eyes the colors are going back to my reg skin tone color which I have to say Im pretty impress with how it work so quickly. I hardly have time in the morning to wait for creams to settle in and do my make up so I really love how quickly this work! I even tried it on my friends who has allergies and was complaining that her eyes were really puffy before I did her makeup for her and she was even amaze with how well it work and went out and got herself one too!

my verdict on it: I really love this eye cream I've tried and buy many countless number of eye cream and I have to say this is by far the best one I've tried. It really does do what it claims as to reducing dark circle and depuff.. I dont have lines yet so I cant tell you guys how it works for lines but yea dark circle and depuff is all I need so hey! haha

I would def repurchase this again and even in the full size one! I think this is my HG eye cream as of right now!

ladies and gent this is my first Dior pallet! and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! I've been eyeing this pallet since forever! and I finally got my hands on it!

pallet in "sky glow 006" color is sky blue, bronze, gunmetal, silver and white

this is the swatches for it it does not do it any justice! Trust me it is very pigmented but my camera didn't even pick up on the colors =( the only difference is the texture of the white its more glittery and chunky

So I know I've been MIA and its just due to summer and dramas taking over my life.. I've been averaging 1 drama in 2 days haha I know that means I stay on my bed and watch it non stop haha but this is my first Chanel ever and Im happy I got it its soo pretty and perfect for creating the summer bronze and glow! I love! its limited edition so hurry up and get it before its gone!

the brush is pretty cool is double sided and the textures are different too but both very soft I love it

and vola! the good stuff they are all very pigmented love it all highlighting and bronzer in one so good for summer and all year round basically

So what happen when you stay home and just eat sleep and lay around?? well I gained 5lbs in 2 weeks haha YEA!!! I've been trying to gain weight since forever! and it never really work lets just hope I can keep it haha I want to gain another 5 lbs and I'll be good!

kose nose clean pack review

so good news finals are over and im just louging around the house enjoying watching my dramas.. and such.. Im trying to find one thats good!! so any recommendation is welcome!!!
so here on to the review!

I used this after the shower.. I put this on dry nose... there was no instructions so i just winged it and its my first time using it since today was hot and I seem to have alot of black heads on my nose all of a sudden... pretty sad.. well here is the result...

I just apply it dry onto my nose.. and let it sit there for 20-15 mins but I think the box says 10-15 mins thats the only number I could make out it was in a diff language! so Im guessing its the time you put it on your nose if anyone has this feel free to give me some tips..

Ok compare this to Biore nose strip I think this def work better.. even though this is my first time using this it didnt work as much as I wanted it to work.. but def better than the biore.. because you can actually see little hair folicles on it and even some bigger blackheads.. or shall i say whiteheads?? well I was hoping that It would take out more bigger white head than that.. because I think every nose strip should be able to take out the smaller white heads.. if that even makes sense.. haha

well baiscally it work... maybe i'll give it a few more tries to see which way is the best way to use this and i'll report back later..

I find that Im not very good with giving ratings.. haha because I think Im a softy!!! I always give products 5 if they work! haha or so it seems I hardly have bad things to say about products that I like and always end up giving really high ratings on them.. so I think Im going to just give the pro and cons of products from now on and let my readers decide haha because the number thing just doesnt work for me!

on to other news.. have you ever sign up for stuff and do not remember when or how you even sign up for it but you keep getting stuff from them?? haha well I dont remember ever signing up for razors but some how they keep sending me ... this is my 3 or 4 one already!! but the thing is I dont use razors haha so its absolutely no use to me! sucks!! so Im trying to find people to give it to haha but no luck! do people just not shave any more these days?? haha

well I like it! its yellow! haha and I think its a pretty nice sample! its like that every time.. the packaging they sent me is always nice like the ones you would get if they sell at the store! I've used one that they've sent before its pretty nice for a razor and it comes with the soapy thingie at the end so you dont have to use your own shaving cream.. so its nice and handy! but yea in the mean time in going around asking my girl friends if they use razors haha but I dont have alot of girl friends haha so I hope to get rid of it ..

I asked my mom if she wanted a razor and she got mad at me thinking I bought it.. shes like you always buy junk and dont use it.. and then shes like yea you bought those sushi mold and never use it! Im like haha I know and ran back into my room so she couldnt say anything else..

kracie navie make up face wipe review

this is the kracie navie make up wipe with whitening. I've never really use a make up wipe before and I have to say I absolutely love it! before I use ceptaphile to wash my make up and then use my other face wash well its a lot of washing! haha but now I can cut a few steps..

ok this is one wipe and it took off all my make up.. as you can see the first panel was used to wipe up all my base make up like foundation, blush , and everything else! it does a good job! then I move to the eyes.. I have to say I did not expect much from the eye area but its really decent for cleaning up my mascaras! but you do have to press and hold it for a few seconds so that it can break down the mascara.. and if you keep doing that for several time then im sure you can take off all your eye make up wel thats only two-three panel that i use so I go over my face again so that the wipe can get the rest of the things I've missed..

ok on to the whitening part! I've been using this everyday for about a week or two.. and I have to say after using the wipe you can see that your face is still glowing even without the make up so its really nice.. i usually leave my face like that for 5-10 mins then do my routine face wash/shower! haha but yea over all I love it

and this is my face without make up the picture on top is without make up too! so you can see that up close it does a good job! dont you think so?? so if you happen to come upon it try it out! I would def restock after this runs out.. and since summer is here I'll bring it with me when Im at the beach or pool to help me clean away those nasty sweat and help keeps my pores clean!

finals been winding down I've had time to make some hair accessories for the summer.... well accessory! haha I havnt had time to go buy materials so just used what I had haha and this is what I made !

this is it! one of my hair clip! I'll be making headband and pins for shirts and everything too! waiting for finals to be over so I can go and get stuff to actually make it but Im having problems finding metal headbands if anyone can point me into the right direction!!!!

this is it in a low bun I think it gives it some innocence to it and flare it up for summer instead of a low bun.. .and plus summer is here so what better way then to put it up in style!

again in high bun! basically its pretty versitle and can be wore many ways!!! ladies look out for more of my creations soon!

and this ladies is one of my bday present from the bf! It was really weird cause this is the first jewlery from my bf in three years! I've never really much of a jewlery girl because Im allergic to certain metals and can only wear gold.... so Im pretty limited to the things I can wear.. Im always seeing laydies buying pretty jewlery from other bloggers and Im like darn I cant wear them but I always look!!!

well the necklaces matches my earings and when I saw it I knew I wanted it!!! ok on to the review! so this is my fresh umbrian clay foundation spf 20 its around 40-45? I cant remember exactly how much it is wanting to say 42 but not sure..

well I think its a pretty good foundation for summer because it keeps my moisture balance therefore Im not dehydrated and produce more oils.. These are the pictures of me just coming home from walking outside .. and it was about 90 degrees or higher outside and Im suprise that Im not oily at all.. and it does make me glowy as I produce oil.. when you first apply it gives you a matte feel and look but as you begin to produce oil in your face it oil blends with the foundation and make you look dewy and glowy! I really love it because the coverage is great and I dont really have to apply concealer aroun my noise at all... usually my noise is red and needs some concealer but I can skip that step when using this.. and I love it because its summer and I dont want to put on too much! over all I really love this but you have to becarefull because a little goes a long way! usually one pump is good enough for the entire face I applie with a sponge if you apply too much it can cause you to look a little caky because it is clay like but you can spray on some face mist and it should help and once your face produce oil then it would be all nice again! so have no fear water mist is here! haha

so I would give this product a 5/5

and packaging a 5/5 - its a pump so it keeps the foundation pretty clean and they just repackage the foundation so its pretty cute and pretty!

would buy this again for summer... def will be one of my summer foundation!

so there is a lil jap market in my area that I recently found!.. its the size of a stop and go.. but the selection is pretty decent for the size what more can I ask for huh?? I bought these a week or two back but just haven had time to post them up! haha well here is the first batch of things I got

navie make up wipe soo good! I never really use make up wipe before because I didnt find the need of them but now im HOOKED!!! these are made from kose i think and they work soooooo well!!! clean my make up with one single wipe! it even gets out the durable mascaras! and I use dior, ysl, and shiseido base! it does take a while to get them out but if ur not in a hurry you can take out ALL your make up with this wipe! I 'll do a review on it asap!

kose black head nose removing strips - I have yet to use this but I imagine it to be like the face mask that I have... will use sometime soon and review it for you guys!

and mandon make up remover heard mix review about this.. but I think Im going to throw this in my store.. I have too many make up removing product right now so I wont be using them any time soon!

so I want to say sorry for neglecting my blog for so long.... I've been remodeling my house for the past week and so I was too busy and tired at the end of the day to blog.. well I got a new paint job and Wood floor! woot woot my brother and I basically did it our selves.. well I was in charge of painting the walls and my bro did the floors it was soo tiring and I swear I gain some arm muscles painting both rooms.. haha well I'll post up my latest haul and everything very soon but I just wanted you guys to know I'm still here

so I'm getting better today but my face is all red and such around the nose area so I figure what better than to use the new primers I got yesterday! get ready for some camera whoring haha

so what I used um I use the

face make up

etude base in purple all over my face surprisingly its brighten up my dull face but not a ghostly white so which I was scared that it was going to do... and literally one pump does it all since you want it to be really sheer so it doesnt make you look ghostly

Etude base in green around the nose and cheek since Im sick it cover nicely but not all and this one you defiantly have to use as spot treatment since green makes your face look pale I wouldnt recommend using it all over the face! so I used it around my nose area but it didnt cover up everything but thats ok I put concealer over it and it helped because I didnt have to put a lot of concealer on just one thin layer and it was gone!

dior nude loose powder foundation - I wanted to test to see if this primer work so I use a loose powder since they tend to need more touch up through out the day but to my surprise it stayed the whole day and it rain today and such too so I was impress!

eyes

mac paint pot in constructivist and benefit creamless shadow in rsvp - this eye look is to contour and just bring out my eyes since I dont want to put on shadow today since I had allergies and my eyes were all red and puffy

lashes - I use ysl and dior iconic and shiseido base

liner - mac liquid last I swear this is my HG eye liner this baby will stay put through a hurricane unless that hurricane is raining oil water this baby will not budge it can be use for water line and everything else and it does not budge one single bit if you dont believe me try it out for yourself its not that expensive

I used lip erase since my lips are REALLY pigment and I have to say I love it alot of people find that its drying but I used it over neiva chapstick and its pretty good I dont have any drying what so ever and I topped it off with mac lipstick bomb shell and top it off with mac pink fish! I swear I can never wear light color lipstick because it just never show up because of my pigmented lips but this lip erase is worth getting thanks J-nne who swapped with me!

so I swear today is just not my day!! talk about bad luck! so I've been having sinus/cold and so that sucks my nose's been running and my eyes are watery and everything! and I drink meds but its not working! so yea sucks! and then I wanted to pick up the paul and joe fluid foundation I called the other day and they said they had it and today I went there and what happen?? its oos!!! talk about luck so I was bumped... and then I went to sephora and I wanted the mufe concealer pallet in number 1 and what happen once again oos! and oo I forgot to mention that today I went to class and we had to turn in our homework and guess what I check last night and I swear it says homework is due Tuesday instead! so I didnt do it! ... yea talk about luck...

but I guess some light was shined at me for a lil bit. My friend recently came back from korea and I asked him to pick me up some cosmetics I didnt want to get the expensive stuff and since he lives at base I just asked him to pick me up some stuff at one place and thats ETUDE HOUSE their packaging is soo cute!

I just wanted primer.. and for some reason I ended up getting a lot of it haha shrugg I gave him a list and thats what he got for me

so Im back.... for now haha still trying to catch up with school work since school is coming to an end and I have soooo many project I have to do....soo dram

but clinque has GWP right now and the bag is soooooooo cute I just couldnt resist! I didnt plan on buying anything but once I saw the bag I just had to get it haha Im addicted to finding a cute and portable make up bag haha but this time's give is really cute and decent aside from the make up bag... Well what I bought was an eye pallete

Honestly I never really gave their make up a glance and Im suprise to say its not all that bad... I got a netural pallete to leave in my make up bag

This was $25 which is not bad the outside can be used as a mirror but It looked kinda plain so I added some crystal on it haha it turned out ey.. =/ could've been better but yea I'm planing to decorate all my make up to identify its mine haha but this is a good every day palette the colors are pretty nice and the shadows are soft and pigmented

We were at panera bread studying and I got bored so I took the picture with my bf's new phone the camera on that baby is sooo nice its the lg renior 8mp I want to steal it! haha its soo convinent for blogging all I have to do is take a picture and bluetooth it to my comp vs taking pictures with my camera and then transfering it over to my comp using usb lot of hassle... so I will be blogging with my bf's phone more from now on

this is what I had soup in the bread bowl and yes I LOVE salad! haha but I dont eat tomatoe, onions,and some of those other things in there so I usually just pick them out or push it to the side... haha so much for a salad huh?? haha

random ranting haha

so Im at school and I just realized that I haven't done anything in class for the whole semester.. this semester has seem to be flying by and I dont really recall learning/doing anything.. its pretty sad.. well just about five more weeks and school is going to be done and we know how fast thats going to go by and guess what??? I have alot of projects and paper and such due soon.. and I havnt started on some of it.. I guess by not working this semester has made me really really really lazy!!! and plus I pick up blogging haha and that takes up alot of my time.. not that I would be doing anything productive anyways haha

so on to another thing that's been taking up my time.. well ever since I was little I've picked up watching movie dramas haha.. and its a pretty sick addiction haha I watch anything from hk, japs, and korean, .. just about anything really... and I can stay at home and watch from morning to night and not do anything haha its pretty sad.. but thats what I did this weekend.. and thats why I did not blog haha but since its the week day now I must watch less and start doing work.. which I havnt.. sooo sad..

ok another thing.. I cant function without cafeine in the morning.. I realized that I have a cafeine addiction as well.. I'll go to class but If i dont have soads I get figgidy and I cant concentrate.. and I'll end up bothering my classmates.. haha Im like the kid with ADD haha but the bad thing is I only drink sodas.. DR. Pepper or Mr pipp to be exact haha all day and everyday I hardly drink water.. and yes I am bless to not have alot of pimples... haha

well I need to stop some of my bad habbits because if this continue its going to be BAD!!! haha well class is about to start so until then Im going to class to think on how I can improve the horrible situations I've put myself in.. haha

ps. people should watch hana yori dango.. haha the jap version.. if you watched it I just watch their final movie yesterday!!! and its soo good they never seem to fail me =) man that movie took a few good years of my life cause I always wait for new edition to come out!!! haha but its all over.. now.. guess I can move on with my life haha jk

first lush haul!!!

so after seeing and walking buy lush for the longest time I had the need to walk in and bought something! well a few things haha first of all let me recall the first time walking into lush dude the smell overwhelmed me.. It was like walking into an asian herb store or something haha strong smell but I guess after being in there for a really long time i either learn to breath through my mouth or just got use to it haha

but after having break out on my back.. eww gross I know!!! but i was stressing so i was breaking out on my back... and chin really bad!!! so i decided to go grab a body soap and since my bro who is an officer and he is always having ache and pain I decided to grab him a massage bar but as always one never stick to the original plan when shopping..... but I didnt do that much of a damage.. haha

so here is what I got

my thoughts on this: ok who here has trouble sleeping?? I think just about all beauty blogger stays up in the wee hours of the night surfing other blogs while we could be sleeping.... well I have a really hard time sleeping and I have to say the sent is really soothing and does help me sleep...I would rub this getting out to the shower and I would not need to put on lotion it's sooooo moisturizing and it absorb quickly once massage on the skin. The bar basically melt into oil once it comes in contact with your skin. and you just can massage it into your skin .. every time I cant sleep my bf would say go smell your arm haha

My thoughts on this: ok who here is always aching after work and what does your parents offer you?? hey how about those Asian oil ointment... my reply is NO!!!! get that away from me .. because why they smell!!! and I swear no matter how much you wash it will still stay there and its HOT! if you put on too much soo in the end I rather be in pain then put on those ointments... and what about those heat patch that just happens to burnt that part of your skin?? well no thanks.. but this is the ultimate resolution.. it heats up just right!!! once massage on to your body it will start to heat up and stay like that for a while and help loosen your muscle up.. girls you can get this for your man and they will love you for ever!!! or get it for urself and get ur man to massage u hahah either way everyone is happy happy

p.s. buy two bar get the tin free! the tin alone is 5 dollar which is a rip off! you can find soap holder and throw this baby in there for 1 dollar at the dollar store so dont waste money buying the tin just buy another bar!

my thoughts on this.. when I brought this home my brother was what the hell is that.. im like its a soap doesnt it look cool?? haha hes like no that looks gross as hell.. well the soap has leaves and seeds embedded in it.. so it helps exfoliate your skin really well.. later up nice and everything. What I have to say is that I've never feel soo clean.. and I've been using liquid soap for soo long that I forgot how bar soap were suppose to be.. and I was quit impress with the way it left my skin feeling.. to think that it exfoliate it will leave your skin dry.. but this does not at all.. I feel soo clean getting out of the shower and thought that I would have dry skin because I swear it stripped off every dirty thing on my body but my skin was quit smooth to my surprise. I'm very happy with this product! this bar will probably last me about 1 1/2 to 2 months..

my thoughts on this: first of all I thought this was expensive.. but after trying it for a couple of days.. its not all that bad because see that jar?? that will last me at least a couple of months with an everyday usage.. so it will last quit a long time but the thing is since lush products are fresh some have short shelve life.. this one has a life of 3 months.. so basically you have to use it everyday so it doesnt go bad.. and its kinda messy to me.. it has little grains of almonds to help exfoliate and it gets everywhere so its best to use in the shower and a pea size really does get our whole face.. if you have more just rub it down your neck and chest.. this product helps clean my skin and got ride of my horrible acne moment.. and now after using it I am happy to say it got ride of my pimples and everything.

over all I am happy with my lush haul it was nice to try their products!!! girls if you havnt you should stop by their stand and sign the save a seal campaign! you'll be surprise what their products can do... I'm waiting to use up everything and try other things but at the moment I have TOO much skin care product waiting for me to try... =( but I keep buying more..

Well I've always walked into bbw (bath and body works) and never really bother looking at their other brand, but surprising I got a some hand cream from co bigelow for xmas and I fell in love with their brand. So I went crazy and bought soo many stuff haha.. see this is whats wrong with me when I find a brand I like I want to try EVERYTHING from that brand haha this is why I need to have a blog sale so I can get ride of the stuff that I tried or never even touch at all.. its pretty sad.. haha

so I'm going to do some reviews on the products that I've tried I have to say that their product are really good in size for the amount of money so thats always a plus =)

My thought on this product: It is VERY minty scent so if ur sensitive to scent then dont get it but if you love the minty smell by all mean indulge urself in it haha and it does wake u up cause its soooooo minty and leave ur skin feeling fresh

my thoughts on this: This is once again one of their minty product. Its a good lip gloss with high out the stickiness and it smell minty so good breath all day long hahaha. Its clear so can use over your lip products and keeps moisturized and not drying all day long

my thoughts on this product: this product is good for those who has cold sore on the outside of their mouth not the one inside... too bad I dont get those so I woudn't know if it helps or not but it does have a cooling effect and help keep lips from being dry or chapped all day long

my thought on this product: I dont know why I got this but the name speaks for itself haha it is moisture-rich!!!!!!! its like a milk cleanser really and it does get ur face super moist afterwards so no tight feeling or anything super for dry skin

my thoughts on this product: this is a facial for your hands.. My bf works at the hospital and is a germ freak so he washes his hands constantly and so its pretty dry.. and I give him a hand facial every week and it has made his hands feel soooooooooo nice! he loves it

my thought on this: this has got to be the best hand cream for the price. Its leaves your hands feeling soft and smooth without the greasy feeling. I love it its been saving my hands from cracking and bleeding all winter! love it!!!! it does have a faint smell to it nothing too strong too hard to describe the smell to you but its nothing I dont think people can't handle

my thought on this product: this product claims to be brightening?? I do see that its less dull and moisturized its rich but after it absorb you should be fine and it leaves the skin very moisturized good for cold climate

my thoughts on it: this is an excellent face scrub, you can see the little seeds that is in the face scrub and it leaves ur skin looking glowy, clean and everything! I use this two times a week good for all year round but I use it mainly for summer because of the other scrub below haha

this is the honey almond scrub the product claims $18: This rich and creamy formula is made from honey and pure crushed almond grains to delicately exfoliate dead skin cells. Honey is one of nature's finest moisturizers and also acts as a buffer between the skin and the grains. Your skin will feel comfortable, very smooth and moisturized.

my though on this: I love this!!! I've been using it since winter started and its soooooo good!!!!! my brother and bf likes it too!! well they like it every time I give then a facial haha I think that all their product are really good in size and value cause its last you a long time.. so I've been using this for the winter and use it on three people for almost every week or some when I'm lazy every other week and still over more than half a jar. A little goes along way and you dont need a lot to do a facial so def will last a long time. It leaves the skin moisturized and has bits of almond that helps exfoliate, leaving the skin smooth and soft afterwards. I love it!

ok are you guys tired of reading all these yet?? cause I'm poop after writing this post!! ahha but if you've tried this brand already they are really worth it for their price and the result that they give!!!!!!
